Across TCGA patient cohorts, VGLL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,926 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VGLL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC80, AEBP1, and CNN2. Each is linked with VGLL3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VGLL3-to-partner and partner-to-VGLL3 results are reported.
