Across TCGA cell cohorts, VGLL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,406 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VGLL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular protein transport, Mitochondrion to lysosome vesicle-mediated transport, and Mitochondrion-derived vesicle mediated transport. Each is linked with VGLL3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VGLL3-to-partner and partner-to-VGLL3 results are reported.
