VGLL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VGLL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,867 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VGLL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPRC5A, PPL, and C1orf116_S532. Each is linked with VGLL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VGLL1-to-partner and partner-to-VGLL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VGLL1 versus GPRC5A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VGLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VGLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
