VGF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VGF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,200 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VGF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOL6, ATAD2, and CLASP1. Each is linked with VGF in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VGF-to-partner and partner-to-VGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VGF versus NOL6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→VGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
