Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VGF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJB5P1, RPL32P19, and LYPLA1P1. Each is linked with VGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VGF-to-partner and partner-to-VGF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAJB5P1 grouped by VGF-low versus VGF-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→VGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
