Across TCGA patient cohorts, VGF mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells and Memory B-cells. Each is linked with VGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VGF-to-partner and partner-to-VGF results are reported.
