VGF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VGF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,828 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1S1, NAT16, and UNC13A. Each is linked with VGF in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VGF-to-partner and partner-to-VGF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VGF versus AP1S1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→VGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
