VEZF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEZF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,058 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEZF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DYNLL2, SOX4, and STAG2. Each is linked with VEZF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEZF1-to-partner and partner-to-VEZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VEZF1 versus DYNLL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
