VEZF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, MTND4LP20, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with VEZF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEZF1-to-partner and partner-to-VEZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by VEZF1-low versus VEZF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
