VEPH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEPH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,680 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEPH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEPH1_S430, EIF4G3_S232, and MRPL27. Each is linked with VEPH1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEPH1-to-partner and partner-to-VEPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
