The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher VENTXP7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VENTXP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and LUAD are the cancer types where VENTXP7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
