Across TCGA patient cohorts, VENTXP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VENTXP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, p62 Lck ligand, and PDCD4. Each is linked with VENTXP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VENTXP7-to-partner and partner-to-VENTXP7 results are reported.
