VEGFB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VEGFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEGFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNVU1-28, SRIP1, and RNU6-984P. Each is linked with VEGFB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEGFB-to-partner and partner-to-VEGFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNVU1-28 grouped by VEGFB-low versus VEGFB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEGFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEGFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
