VEGFB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VEGFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 178 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VEGFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXN2, C1QBP, and LRRC59. Each is linked with VEGFB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VEGFB-to-partner and partner-to-VEGFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXN2 grouped by VEGFB-low versus VEGFB-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VEGFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→VEGFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
