Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,892 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VDAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARD8, CISD1, and F13A1. Each is linked with VDAC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC2-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VDAC2 versus CARD8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
