Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC1P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,858 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDAC1P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial RNA catabolic process, Protein K63-linked deubiquitination, and Maturation of 5.8S rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with VDAC1P7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC1P7-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC1P7 results are reported.
