VDAC1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,177 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VDAC1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F1, RBBP8, and ICMT. Each is linked with VDAC1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC1P1-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E2F1 grouped by VDAC1P1-low versus VDAC1P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDAC1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDAC1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
