Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VDAC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,439 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VDAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA4, HSPA9, and SAR1B. Each is linked with VDAC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VDAC1-to-partner and partner-to-VDAC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VDAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VDAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
