VCY1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCY1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,258 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCY1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription by RNA polymerase I, Vitamin metabolic process, and Mitotic nuclear membrane organization. Each is linked with VCY1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCY1B-to-partner and partner-to-VCY1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription by RNA polymerase I grouped by VCY1B-low versus VCY1B-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCY1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCY1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
