VCPKMT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCPKMT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,588 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCPKMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIN, PCNX1, and RNMT. Each is linked with VCPKMT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCPKMT-to-partner and partner-to-VCPKMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VCPKMT versus NIN in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCPKMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCPKMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
