Across TCGA cell cohorts, VCPKMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,071 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VCPKMT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, mRNA 5'-splice site recognition, and Peptidyl-lysine trimethylation. Each is linked with VCPKMT in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCPKMT-to-partner and partner-to-VCPKMT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine modification grouped by VCPKMT-low versus VCPKMT-high in LUNG_SCLC.
