Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCPIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,992 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCPIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF1, VCPIP1_S998, and TCEA1. Each is linked with VCPIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCPIP1-to-partner and partner-to-VCPIP1 results are reported.
