Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCPIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VCPIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, Ku80, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with VCPIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCPIP1-to-partner and partner-to-VCPIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by VCPIP1-low versus VCPIP1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCPIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCPIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
