Across TCGA cell cohorts, VCPIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,026 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCPIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YTHDF3, BPNT2, and UBE2W. Each is linked with VCPIP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCPIP1-to-partner and partner-to-VCPIP1 results are reported.
