Across TCGA cell cohorts, VCPIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,209 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCPIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi organization, Endosome to lysosome transport, and Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome. Each is linked with VCPIP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCPIP1-to-partner and partner-to-VCPIP1 results are reported.
