VCAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,450 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCAM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP1, PLEKHO2, and PLEKHO2_T311. Each is linked with VCAM1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-VCAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VCAM1 versus GBP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
