Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,872 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VCAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR2B, SIGLEC10, and TNFSF13B. Each is linked with VCAM1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-VCAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VCAM1 versus FCGR2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
