VCAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VCAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,468 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, MFSD12, and HEXIM1. Each is linked with VCAM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-VCAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SKA1 grouped by VCAM1-low versus VCAM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
