VCAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VCAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VCAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A, C20orf85, and PRKACG. Each is linked with VCAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-VCAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA2A grouped by VCAM1-low versus VCAM1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VCAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VCAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
