VBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,348 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF1AX, COX11, and HTATSF1. Each is linked with VBP1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VBP1-to-partner and partner-to-VBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VBP1 versus EIF1AX in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
