VBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF6, RRM2, and PBK. Each is linked with VBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VBP1-to-partner and partner-to-VBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VBP1 versus PHF6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
