VBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,436 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR575, TDGF1P1, and MSC. Each is linked with VBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VBP1-to-partner and partner-to-VBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR575 grouped by VBP1-low versus VBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
