VAX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 255 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL97P, MIR7702, and TMEM269. Each is linked with VAX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAX2-to-partner and partner-to-VAX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL97P grouped by VAX2-low versus VAX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
