Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4, CCDC182, and PRR23B. Each is linked with VAX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAX2-to-partner and partner-to-VAX2 results are reported.
