VAV3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAV3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Notch1, and ATM. Each is linked with VAV3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAV3-to-partner and partner-to-VAV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by VAV3-low versus VAV3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
