VAV3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAV3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 230 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51T1, GSG1L2, and HTR5A. Each is linked with VAV3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAV3-to-partner and partner-to-VAV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51T1 grouped by VAV3-low versus VAV3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
