VAV1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,511 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, ANKRD44, and LCP2. Each is linked with VAV1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAV1-to-partner and partner-to-VAV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAV1 versus SASH3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
