Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAV1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,269 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VAV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, NCF4, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with VAV1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAV1-to-partner and partner-to-VAV1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VAV1 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
