Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,444 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAV1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of actin filament bundle assembly, and Lactone catabolic process. Each is linked with VAV1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAV1-to-partner and partner-to-VAV1 results are reported.
