VAV1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAV1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 272 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFB6, OPRPN, and TARM1. Each is linked with VAV1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAV1-to-partner and partner-to-VAV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFB6 grouped by VAV1-low versus VAV1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
