VAT1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAT1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAT1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNTL5, TAAR8, and HSF5. Each is linked with VAT1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAT1L-to-partner and partner-to-VAT1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNTL5 grouped by VAT1L-low versus VAT1L-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAT1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAT1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
