VAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,059 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD6-6, LINC01607, and DOC2B. Each is linked with VAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAT1-to-partner and partner-to-VAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD6-6 grouped by VAT1-low versus VAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
