Across TCGA cell cohorts, VAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,065 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VAT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome-lysosome fusion, Positive regulation of vacuole organization, and Intermembrane phospholipid transfer. Each is linked with VAT1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VAT1-to-partner and partner-to-VAT1 results are reported.
