VASN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,210 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1S, FSTL1, and NNMT. Each is linked with VASN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASN-to-partner and partner-to-VASN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VASN versus C1S in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASN→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
