Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,073 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VASN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RARRES2, EDNRA, and PTH1R. Each is linked with VASN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASN-to-partner and partner-to-VASN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VASN versus RARRES2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASN→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
