Across TCGA cell cohorts, VASN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,113 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular transport, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and Viral process. Each is linked with VASN in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASN-to-partner and partner-to-VASN results are reported.
