VASN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VASN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,928 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASN-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPBP1, ZNF584, and KNOP1. Each is linked with VASN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASN-to-partner and partner-to-VASN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VASN versus HSPBP1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASN→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
