VASH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,348 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOX4_S354, HDAC2, and CEP170. Each is linked with VASH2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASH2-to-partner and partner-to-VASH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VASH2 versus SOX4_S354 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VASH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VASH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
