Across TCGA patient cohorts, VASH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, 14-3-3_beta, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with VASH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASH2-to-partner and partner-to-VASH2 results are reported.
