Across TCGA cell cohorts, VASH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,162 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VASH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Cell cycle phase transition, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with VASH2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VASH2-to-partner and partner-to-VASH2 results are reported.
